Dream Symbols "Abuse"

If you dream that you are abusing someone, it is foretelling that you will suffer repercussions from friends towards whom you have acted less than honorably.

If you dream that you are being abused either physically or verbally, is warning that you will fall into the hands of an enemy. 

Dream Symbols "Abundance"

Dreaming that you have a great abundance of a certain item is a warning for you to conserve your energies and resources. However if you dream about having an abundance of a wide range of things is a foretelling of future comfort, happiness and success.

Dream Symbols "Abstinence"

Dreaming that you abstain from drinking, sex, or any other form of sensual 'temptation', is a warning for you to be careful about being overconfident. You may need to take things more slowly.

Dream Symbols "Absorb"

If you dream that you are being absorbed in whatever you are doing it suggests that you may be a little too focused on your own thing at the risk of alienating others around you. The dream may also be a metaphor to note your ability to adapt to your surroundings.

Dream Symbols "Abscond"

If a man dreams  of absconding it is an indication of fraud and possible deceit from co-workers.

If a woman dreams of absconding it forewarns that she should be careful in regards to falling in love too quickly and to be cautious of whom you devote your affections to.

If you dream that you have an abscess it is suggesting that something needs to be expressed.

Dream Symbols "Absence"

Dreaming that someone is absent (especially if you  expect to find  them) suggests that you are looking for something that is already lost to you. 

Or the dream could be stating that you are looking to fill a 'void' in your life.

Dream Symbols "Abroad"

If you dream that you are, or, are going abroad it indicates the unbalance and chaos in your current situation and condition. Consequently your dream may reflect the need for a change in scenery or a desire to escape from a current situation. You may need to make some drastic changes in your life. 

Alternatively, the dream may be suggesting that you need to expand your horizons, or experience a  new sense of spirituality.

To dream that you are above something is a message that you need to set your goals higher.

Dream Symbols "Abortion"

Dreaming that you have an abortion, suggests that you are hindering and blocking your own growth. You may be overly cautious in pursuing a new direction in your life. The dream may also be a reflection of your own real-life abortion, and thus serve as a form of psychological healing. 

This dream may also be a message for you to take care and to look after yourself.

Dream Symbols "Abode"

Dreaming that you can't find your abode symbolizes your loss of faith an integrity in others. To dream that you have no abode signifies coming misfortune and loss

The Dream Dictionary

Well, obviously i am beginning by putting up all the information that I have gathered over the years in relation to dream interpretation and symbology, i seriously underestimated how much there was ; ). No matter, in about a week I should have the whole lot up and then I can move on to other topics, the posts will evolve with time however, as I learn new things, or people make suggestions/recommendations they will be added in, I want to have as much detail for every entry as I can possibly get.

Dream Symbols "Abnormal"

To dream of abnormal things indicates that you will soon come to a sound solution to problems that have been occupying your thoughts. 

Dream Symbols "Abject"

If you dream of being abject it generally signifies financial change. If the abjectness altered at some point in the dream then the consequences should only be temporary. However if you respond amicably to an abject situation, then you will experience substantial financial benefits. 

Dream Symbols "Abhorrence"

Dreaming that you abhor someone suggests your waking dislike for some person and that you probably feel that this person has been acting in a less than honorable way.

If you dream that others abhor you it is symbolizing that your good intentions to others will subside into selfishness.

Dream Symbols "Abduction"

If you dream of being abducted it indicates that you are being controlled by your circumstances or by someone in your life. 

Dreaming that you witness an abduction foretells of unexpected news.

Dream Symbols "Abdomen"

Seeing your abdomen in a dream refers to your natural instincts and repressed emotions. There is something in your real life that (as the saying goes) "you cannot stomach" or have difficulties accepting and you need to get it out of your system. Alternatively, the abdomen may be purely physiological and you may be experiencing something along the lines of constipation or indigestion. 

Dreaming that your abdomen is exposed, signifies trust and vulnerability and the dream may be expressing you inner desire to express your primal instincts or emotions.

If you dream that your abdomen is swollen it signifies that some new project is in the works for you.

Dream Symbols "Abbot"

To dream of an Abbot suggests that someone in your life has power over you and is making you do things that you do not necessarily wish to do. Alternatively it could mean that you are feeling confined or restricted. You will experience many obstacles and setbacks before you achieve success and prestige.

Dream Symbols "Abbey"

To dream of an abbey signifies spirituality, peace of mind and freedom from anxiety. You are in a state of contentment and satisfaction. Help for you is always around the corner. 

To see an abbey in ruins is a warning that your hopes and schemes are about to run aground and fall into failure and be incomplete

Dream Symbols "Abandonment"

Dreaming that you are abandoned suggests that it is time to leave behind past feelings and characteristics that are hindering your personal growth, let go of your old attitudes and mind-sets. A more literal interpretation of the dream is that you have a fear of being deserted, betrayed, or abandoned. The dream may stem from a recent loss or fear of losing someone, or it could be a warning of upcoming betrayal.

The fear of abandonment may manifest itself into your dreams as part of the healing process of dealing with the loss of a loved one. It may also stem from unresolved feelings or problems relating to childhood. 

Alternatively the dream could be indicating that you are feeling neglected or that your feelings are being overlooked. It could be that the dream is a metaphor that you need to approach life with "reckless abandon" and live more freely.

To Abandon others in your dream suggests that you are overwhelmed by the problems and decisions that you are currently facing in your life.

Dream Symbols "A"

To dream of the letter A represents superiority or beginnings (for instance the christian biblical statement 'I am the Alpha and the Omega). You are moving towards something new and grand. Alternatively it may represent the name or initial of a person.

The First Post

Well here it is, The Mystic Emporium. I personally got a little sick of the fact that there is no one website dedicated purely to spirituality in its entirety. You have to go to one site for dream interpretations, another for spells, another for religous texts, another for this and that and so on. So I have decided to begin a site that will house it all in one place. Ambitous, I would definitely say so ;) But anyway, starting from small beginnings it is my aim to eventually have this place the best and largest online resource for everything mystical.
